Pressure Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Full of smokey flavor, thanks to Insta-Meal Taco Taco sauce you'll always have time to make this kid-friendly taco soup.


  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 - 1.5lb chicken breast

  • 1 bottle Insta-Meal Taco Taco Sauce

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup frozen corn

Topping options:

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Sour cream

  • Hatch Chiles

  • Jalapeno

  • Green Onion

  • Tortilla chips

  • Cilantro

  • Avocado


  1. Add ingredients into your pressure cooker in this order; broth, chicken, Insta-Meal Taco Taco Sauce, black beans. Do not stir.

  2. Lock lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Let pressure naturally release for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.

  3. Remove chicken from the pot and shred using two forks.

  4. Turn on saute function and stir in corn. Cook until corn is tender.

  5. Serve with your favorite toppings.
