Pressure Cooker Chicken Wings

Buffalo or teriyaki you decide. These wings are quick to make and don't require frying.


Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour 1 cup of Insta-Meal sauce in the bottom of your pressure cooker pot. Set the trivet inside and the wings on top.

  2. Secure the lid, seal and set on high pressure for 8 minutes for fresh wings, 12 for frozen wings.

  3. When finished cooking, let the pressure release for 5 minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.

  4. Remove the wings from the pot and place in a single layer on a foil covered baking sheet with a cooking rack on top of it.

  5. Brush wings with remaining Insta-Meal sauce. Broil wings for about 5 minutes (watch closely for burning and desired crispiness), flip and broil on the other side about 5 minutes.

  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
