One-Pot Teriyaki Chicken "Fried" Rice

A complete meal cooked all at once in your pressure cooker thanks to Insta-Meal Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki sauce.
1-1.5 lbs chicken breast
1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 ¾ cup water
3 cups frozen vegetables (broccoli, peas & carrots, stir fry mixed veggies, edamame, snap peas)
In a separate bowl add rice and stir in water. (I use a 7 cup glass pyrex bowl)
Add trivet to the pot (make sure it is tall enough to be over the chicken but low enough for the bowl to fit in the pot). Place bowl of rice on the trivet
Place lid on, lock and set to high pressure for 10 minutes
Let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes then remove lid.
Shred chicken with 2 forks then stir in frozen vegetables & cooked rice. Turn on saute function and cook until veggies are warmed.
